Although the customer service support sucks regarding email correspondence and even acknowledging my inquiries & concerns, I have to admit, especially having g this piece for a couple years now, particularly worn under circumstances of not only beach salt water and pool swimming, but basic perspiring, or moderate daily wear (not EVERYDAY and not often) that the quality of this piece being considered costume jewelry, for the most part (gold plated & lab created stones) it holds its own with excellence. I get many compliments of it. I also have my own Jewelers’s loop for gem & metal inspections which I’ve looked at this piece under and it shows no cheap tarnishing to it and the stones still have their brilliance refractive index impression. I’m satisfied abundantly. HOWEVER, after inspecting another item, the 20” 5 mm lab diamond necklace that I’ve worn way more often than the bracelet, the metal surface HAS TARNISHED, but the stones are still immaculately brilliant.

Love the bracelet, looks great feels great. Only thing I don't like is no safty clap. Mine keeps falling off. If you bump the button. Luckily I have found it both times today that it has fell off. Other then that it is awesome.

The bracelet is exactly how it shows and is a real eye-catcher! Stones look real especially when under lighting. If you want to be noticed you definitely want to purchase the bracelet and probably the necklace! Be patient as it does take a bit to receive the item in the mail but well worth the wait!
